Meet Amanda
Founder. Kinesiologist. Educator. Creative leader.
Amanda Catherine is a Registered Kinesiologist, entrepreneur, media host and community leader. She serves as a Director on the Board of the Women's Art Association of Canada, contributing to governance, strategic direction and the advancement of women in arts and culture. She also serves as a Director on the Hespeler Village Business Improvement Area Board, supporting local business growth, community partnerships and the continued revitalization of Hespeler Village. These leadership roles strengthen her work at the intersection of wellness, entrepreneurship, media, the arts and community development.
